CONCEPT
ZENRG is an intimate music event focused on the pure experience of Trance and Techno Classics. We move away from fast trends and short DJ sets, offering extended 3-hour journeys built around dynamic progression, nostalgic soundscapes, and raw energy.
ZEN Area: Dedicated to hypnotic, emotional, and melodic Trance Classics.
NRG Area: Dedicated to deep, raw and high-energy Techno Classics with acid lines, and retro bangers.
TICKETS
Once ticket sales open, you can purchase tickets directly on our website via our official ticketing partner, Weeztix. After completing your order, your e-tickets will be sent directly to your email address.
No, we encourage a digital-first approach. You can show your e-ticket on your mobile phone at the entrance. Please ensure your screen brightness is turned up.
Have you lost your order? You can easily retrieve your tickets yourself via weeztix.com using the transaction details from your bank statement.
Yes! If you can no longer make it, you can safely resell your ticket via TicketSwap. Simply click the TicketSwap link in your Weeztix confirmation email to list your ticket.
TRAVEL
Absolutely. There is dedicated space near the entrance where you can park your bicycle or scooter free of charge.
While limited free parking is available in the surrounding area of Gietijzer Utrecht, space is restricted. Therefore, we strongly encourage visitors to travel by public transport (Utrecht Zuilen Station is just a short walk away) or by bicycle. If you do come by car, we recommend arriving early and/or carpooling with fellow festivalgoers. Detailed parking instructions will be shared closer to the event.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
ZENRG is an 18+ only event. A physical, valid government ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) is mandatory at the entrance. Copies or digital photos of IDs will not be accepted.
Please approach any member of staff, security or stewards immediately. They are there to help and ensure a safe environment for everyone. ZENRG has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, intimidation, hate speech, unwanted physical contact or threatening behaviour. Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be removed immediately without refund.
ZENRG maintains a strict Zero Tolerance policy regarding illegal substances and drugs. Security checks will be conducted at the entrance. Anyone found carrying or using prohibited substances will be denied entry or removed from the venue without a refund.
We strongly encourage a “Mind in the Moment” atmosphere. While we do not enforce a strict no-phone sticker policy, we ask our crowd to keep phone usage on the dancefloor to an absolute minimum. Enjoy the music, respect the artists, and connect with the energy around you instead of viewing it through a screen.
We use your personal data only where necessary for ticket sales, ticket personalisation, communication and the organisation of the event. Your data may be processed by trusted service providers involved in these services, such as our ticketing provider Weeztix. We handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Yes. By entering ZENRG, all visitors, artists and crew agree that ZENRG may request, use, edit and publish recordings made on the event grounds for promotional, commercial, editorial or archival purposes without compensation.
FACILITIES & PRACTICAL
Yes, lockers are available at the venue to store your coat, bag, and personal belongings safely. Lockers can be rented on-site.
Gietijzer Utrecht is a cashless venue. You can pay for drinks and food quickly and securely using contactless payment, debit cards, or credit cards.
Yes, Gietijzer offers a variety of fresh food and beverage options to keep you energized throughout the day. Free tap water is also available at designated points.
Yes, Gietijzer Utrecht is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility or wheelchairs. Standard accessible toilet facilities are available.
Necessary medication is allowed, provided it is in its original packaging with an official doctor’s note or pharmacy prescription clearly showing your name.
